We are committed to a policy of quality management conforming to ISO 9001: 2015 and our Quality Management System is directed at reinforcing the following principles: • We aim to be acknowledged as a consulting engineering company conforming to international best practice in Project Management, development and implementation of engineering solutions and will strive to ensure that our Quality Management System will add value to the level of service that we offer to our Clients as well as to our own business. • Since Clients are the most important aspect of our business, our Quality Management System is primarily intended to provide both existing and prospective clients with a high level of confidence that our products and services conform to internationally recognized quality criteria. • In order to ensure that we are able to meet the quality requirements and expectations of our Clients, we shall uphold and comply with relevant quality, professional, statutory and regulatory standards as set out in our Quality Management System and, on an annual basis, will review these quality objectives. • In order to ensure commitment to our Quality Management System we undertake to incorporate staff training and development programs to ensure that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained throughout the organization.
