For almost three decades we have undertaken all types, sizes, and complexities of building projects (for the public and private sector) across Botswana. Our business’s success is built on pioneering, innovative execution methods and our ability to deliver safe, high-quality projects. Our commitment to safety, quality and environmental stewardship is ingrained in everything we do: it is demonstrated in our core values, and evident in our people and the structures that we build.
Stefanutti Stocks Botswana’s project portfolio includes expansion projects on diamond and nickel mines, road works, a large water and effluent treatment facility in Francistown, as well as numerous traditional building contracts. These include the Hukuntsi Primary Hospital, the Health Science Building in Lobatsi, the prestigious Maun Hospital, multiple retail & leisure facilities and landmark high-rise commercial buildings, such as the Fairscapes Precinct and the SADC headquarters in Gaborone. We recently completed the Maun Airport expansion project.
Our current projects include the redevelopment of the Bank of Botswana; civil & building works for Coca Cola Gaborone’s Wastewater Treatment Plant; and the construction of a new NTT Nissan dealership in Francistown, a multi-storey office block for PWC in Gaborone, and hydro-meteorological monitoring sites for Transboundary Water Management (following the successful completion of office alterations and additions for this client).
In line with our pioneering corporate culture Stefanutti Stocks was the proponent of the first office accommodation public private partnership in Botswana in 2007.
