Mindea and Equity employs operators that have been with the founding members previously owned businesses. The operators have on average 20 years of experience on various machines, formations and countries throughout Africa. We have a low turnover of staff and their commitment, loyalty and passion is unrivalled in the industry.
Mindea undertakes to continually assess and train their staff. particularly with regards to unskilled labour, normally taken from the local community, these employees are exposed to SHEQ standards, drilling practices, new technology and methodology by way of our in house training and assessment programs.
