PARTS SALES BOTSWANA started off by selling replacement spare parts for heavy duty plant and equipment, in the Earthmoving and trucking industries. We are the accredited dealers for a number of Parts Suppliers in South Africa and abroad. Our parts supply and servicing remains the backbone of the company and we are able to supply Spare Parts, GET and UNDERCARRIAGE for all CAT, JCB, KOMATSU, BELL, VOLVO and HITACHI Machines, as well as many others. We also to do in-house repairs and servicing on these machines, which includes Engine repairs and replacement Engine Parts.
Through our history of parts and service delivery we have been able to understand our customers needs in the Earthmoving industry and have developed excellent working relationship with many of them. These relationships led to the natural growth and expansion into machine sales and the representation of some of the worlds leading equipment suppliers.
We currently trade under our parent company TURBO (Pty) Ltd which was first registered in 1987 and has been operating in Botswana for over 30 years. The Company headquarters is based in the capital city of Botswana, Gaborone. In 2015, we took occupancy of our new premises/headquarters. With a plot size of 9000m2, it includes 12 double storey fully equipped workshop bays with a 10 ton overhead crane and a large parts facility – which has helped with the increased volume of work and expansion of the company. We also have a branch in Francistown which caters for the needs of our customers in the north of the country, and we also share the use of a warehouse facility in Jet Park, Johannesburg, where we run four cross-border trucks for parts and machine collections and have an over-night courier facility in place for any emergency parts needed.
